ServiceNow for Fulfillers: Part 1 of 3

This class is for you if you manage tickets in ServiceNow, whether you’re new to ServiceNow or if you’re looking for a refresher. This class is broken into 3 parts across 3 days in a week. Each section is 2 hours long. Please sign up for all sections of the class to receive the full course offering.

This class covers:

• key terms and concepts, such as the difference between service requests and incidents and understanding their structure
• adding and closing tasks
• corresponding with customers through ServiceNow
• working with sensitive tickets and watchlists
• resolving tickets (resolved vs. closed)
• finding assignment groups
• brief introduction to dashboards, favorites, and lists
