“Ask Us” is now “Report an Issue” |
When you submit an incident on the portal, you will now see “Report an Issue” instead of “Ask Us” in the widget on the main page, as well as in the side widget while browsing services. This change was made based on feedback received from requesters and fulfillers. |

Short Description field added to “Fulfiller to Fulfiller” catalog item |
The “Short Description” field has been added to the “Fulfiller to Fulfiller” catalog item. What you put into this field will write to the short description of the SCTASK, replacing the previous “fulfill the request” short description. |

Three email notifications have been updated |
The “Incident assigned to my group” and “Incident assigned to me” notifications will now contain the Description field to provide additional context. The “Your service request has been completed” notification contains the Request Reminder field again, based on feedback that it was missed, since this can contain useful context for the requester. |

New “SOE – EdIT Services” catalog item |
A new catalog item that allows School of Education users to request specific IT services from the EdIT support group is now available in ServiceNow. This item was created for the School of Education IT department and will route to the SOE-EDIT assignment group. |
