Onyen Services catalog item updated |
The “Onyen Services” catalog item has been updated to no longer require the requested for department field. This allows IT staff to fulfill these requests for customers who may not have a department listed on their user record. |

Bug resolved: Attachments weren’t being pushed into INC from RITM for multi-record producer catalog items |
A bug was discovered that affected the 10 multi-record producers in the service catalog that can create either an incident or a request based on the customer’s submission. If an attachment was added during the submission process, the attachment was not being carried over to the incident record automatically created as part of the process. With the resolution in place, now any attachments added to the request at submission will be pushed into the incident record. |
